This home sits on 2 acres with hundreds of feet of water frontage. The home is updated with all modern features to to give you comfort but styled in a way that you feel unplugged. The property sits on a canal that is connected to fowl river, Mobile Bay and the Mississippi Sound. There is kayaks and a canoe on the property for you to explore the water ways or do some fishing. Tucked away in a private staircase Downtown Fairhope. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by a beautiful kitchen equipped with a small refrigerator, sink and stove. The apartment offers comfortable seating, work or dining table for two, and a full bath with a shower. In the living area, there is a queen bed and small dining table. The flat has a balcony with an outdoor sofa + chairs overlooking Fairhope Ave! Unique space, crafted in detail, in the center of everything!

This newly remodeled condo is located in the heart of Orange Beach and includes a private deck. This unit is walking distance to the public beach and near a variety of restaurants and grocery stores, and local bakeries so you'll have easy access to everything you need! There is plenty of entertainment close by if you need a day off from the beach. As experienced Super Hosts we take pride in our property and strive to give you the best experience on your trip.

Casa Verde: Heated Pool +JET SKI & Pontoon rental

Across the street is the ocean & behind the house is the lagoon; it's the best of both worlds. Swim, fish, crab & paddle board in the lagoon, then swim in the ocean & chill on the beach. Rinse off in the outdoor shower & enjoy the heated pool. FYI: pool heating costs extra: $50 per day (for 8 hours of heating - you pick the hours). You're welcome to use the Green Egg grill. We rent kayaks, a paddle board & a jet ski too.
