The cabin features a double loft bed, a sofa bed on the main floor, and a kitchenette with coffee essentials, air fryer, and toaster for no-fuss meals. Shared outdoor washrooms are close by. This charming 2-bedroom cottage offers the perfect blend of tranquility and adventure. Nestled by a peaceful still water, you can enjoy the soothing sounds of nature right in your backyard. Across the road, you'll find access to Falls lake, ideal for swimming & kayaking. For the golf enthusiasts, Sherwood Golf Course is a short drive down the road. Only a 10-minute drive away is Ontree and Ski-Martock. Whether you're here to unwind or seek adventure, our cozy cabin provides the ideal retreat.

Birch Burn Retreat

Birch Burn Retreat, a former 19th-century church, offers a tranquil escape with forest walks, hammock relaxation and firepit nights. It has electricity, heat pump, wifi, and a simple kitchen with a mini fridge. Accommodations include double/queen beds for four adults or a larger family with camp cots. Ideal for writing and music, it has excellent acoustics. Essential facilities include portapotty, wash station, and fresh water. Dogs are welcome. Enjoy the secluded beauty of Birch Burn Retreat.

Cabin at St. Margaret's Bay

We invite you to our new cabin in peaceful Boutiliers Point - an ideal spot for an out-of-city vacation and outdoor activities. It is located just 30 minutes from downtown Halifax. We are minutes from the ocean, where you can find a beautiful small beach and a wharf to fish off the pier. The cabin has a full pull-out sofa, a smart TV, WI-FI, heating and AC, a kitchenette, and a stall shower. The cabin can accommodate one traveler or a couple. A mattress can also be provided for a child.

Beach House Serenity

Beach House Serenity is an eco-friendly, unique & romantic retreat space steps from Conrad Beach, located on the edge of a salt water estuary. Only 25 kms from Downtown Halifax, Beach House Serenity is my lovingly renovated and restored loft space with soaring floor to ceiling windows and live plants to enjoy being surrounded by nature. Wake up and end your day with views of seaside wildlife and the changing seasons from the comfort of inside this cozy loft style home.

Just 10 minutes from downtown Halifax, we are located on the edge of a forest and surrounded by terraced gardens, you will feel immersed in nature. My cottage is very modern and unique; it sits on a private 5 acre lot surrounded by woods overlooking Middle lake with stunning sunrises. Enjoy being engulfed by nature with the comfort of everyday amenities including a hot tub and even an arcade with over 800 retro games! I now have a dock at the lake for swimming or tanning and a canoe is available for use as well. Ski Martock/Ontree, Bent Ridge Winery are within a 10min drive from Chalet Hamlet.
