Our recently renovated duplex offers mid century modern decor, beautiful hardwood floors, a well equipped kitchen, and washer & dryer. It is located within walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment in downtown Oneonta. Our super cute and comfy property is the ideal place to stay in Oneonta. The master suite is equipped with an adjunction room that offers a microwave and small coffee maker. Making drinking your coffee or hot tea on the balcony convenient.

Our second home is a mix of mid-century modern and "cabin in the woods." It sits on 2 heavily wooded acres and backs up to a mountainside with rock outcroppings. The main living area (living room, dining area, and kitchen) is raised about 4 steps, and the bedroom and bath areas are on the main level. There is one large bathroom with a shower. There is an electric fireplace surrounded by ledge stone in front of the u-shaped built-in sofa. There is abundant reading material & 2 TV's.

Fenced yard for your pets. 10 minutes to Marshall North hospital, 10 minutes to Guntersville. Very peaceful and quiet. Watch deer and other wildlife from the porch. Easy parking for those with boats. 110v 20 amp electric for charging your batteries as well. One note, the gas fireplace does not currently work.
