The Victorian Seaside towns of Cromer & Sheringham are close by as are The Norfolk Broads, Norwich, Wells & Holkham.

The accommodation is suitable for lone guests, couples or families with a maximum of two children.

We are located in the Victorian residential area of Sheringham, its a prime position only 250 meters from the sea front with its blue flag beach and on the edge of the town centre which hosts an array of coffee shops, cafes and restaurants.

Our accommodation is self-contained; a living space with two sets of French doors giving views over fields stretching for miles including a wood burner, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob. There are many pleasant local footpaths, walks and lanes to cycle on the doorstep; with the nearest coastal town of Wells-next-the-sea and the expansive North Norfolk coast just 25 minutes drive away.

A superb one bedroom detached annexe which is ideal for exploring the North Norfolk coastline and be near to the beach and town centre of Cromer. Comprising one double bedroom, kitchen, lounge and shower room, the annexe has it's own enclosed patio area with garden chairs. There is separate access and free on street parking on Connaught Road and Crawford Road. A local shop, bus stop and fish & chips/chinese takeways are a short walk away.
