Mas Costa

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

Appartement dans une maison catalane de 1636. Pour un couple. Indépendant, composé d'une chambre, salon-salle à manger, cuisine, salle d'eau, douche, WIFI. Totalement indépendant (nous partageons l'escalier extérieur), vous disposez d'une grande terrasse équipée. Magnifique vue mer. Un stationnement vous est réservé devant la maison et il est également possible de garer moto/vélo de façon sécurisée. Plage et centre du village à moins de 5' en voiture, navette gratuite au bout de l'impasse.

Amb climatització independent a totes les estances, rentadora, assecadora, forn i microones. Disposa de taula de ping pong, barbacoa australiana de gas i barbacoa de llenya. El terreny de la masia, de 25 ha, és d'ús exclusiu per als hostes.

Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

The Mill of Besalú (House with garden)

The only isolated holiday accommodation house in the beautiful historic complex of the medieval town of Besalú, considered one of the most beautiful towns in the country. The former home of the miller's family has three exterior spaces (porch, garden and large orchard) and two floors: the lower one with a living/dining room and open kitchen and the upper one with a bathroom and three bedrooms. Quality finishes and decoration typical of a typical country house.
