It is also just a short drive to Lake Geneva and all that it has to offer with its beautiful lake, shopping, historic buildings, and delicious restaurants. Along with the house you get access to the HOA covered private beaches and playgrounds nearby. There is also a bar and grill down the street with live music. Centrally located on Delavan's north shore and in walking distance of multiple bars and restaurants including the world famous Inn Between Bar and Grill. Within 1 miles of the Lake Lawn resort which offers golf, dining, and boat rentals.

Enjoy vaulted ceilings, an electric fireplace, outdoor grill, firepit, and the adorable Little Birch A-Frame playhouse. The Pedal II is located just off the beaten path, yet still walking distance to downtown Lake Geneva and many fabulous restaurants. Back yard is private and not shared, perfect for a getaway with your pets. Parking available for up to 3 cars. This unit offers 2 bedrooms each with a king size bed. In the living room there is a queen size fold out sofa sleeper. The kitchen has all the amenities including a coffee maker, pots, pans and cooking utensils.

The Lincoln Log Cabin has a Wisconsin vibe from the walls to the yard. Open concept kitchen shared with the living room that is complementary with a fireplace and a TV. There are three bedrooms: one with a queen bed, one with two queen beds and one with a queen bed. When you make your way to the basement, there is a couch with a TV and another full bathroom; everything set up for you to enjoy!
