Swordfish Suite "South Beach" is an adorable side of a Duplex located in the SURF District of Clear Lake. This unit has great living space! There is a full Kitchen, Laundry room and wonderful living area downstairs. Upstairs has a King Bedroom, Queen Bedroom and nice Bathroom. It is 200 Steps to the infamous SURF BALLROOM and also some restaurants & Bars. Just a short 4 block walk to downtown Clear Lake City Park, City Beach and Main street. There is a cozy backyard with Fire Pit & Grill.

The Clausen House was built in 1890 and is a majestic place to stay. It has been updated with 3 renovated bathrooms, kitchen & laundry room. It has ten foot ceilings on the main floor with beautiful original finished woodwork. The house has been in the Clausen family since it was built. We purchased the home to have guests enjoy it. It is great loc for families to get together and have lots of room to relax and enjoy themselves. Guests with mobility challenges can sleep on the main floor.

Enjoy the quiet mornings sipping coffee on the screened-in porch while you spend evenings roasting marshmallows by the outdoor fire.

Get together with friends and family at the Beach Barn. The living room has an abundance of windows, filling it with natural daylight. The dining area is great for group meals, game time or studying. There is also a small table in the kitchen. There is a first floor bedroom and bath. Upstairs has one smaller bedroom with a queen bed. The larger bedroom has two full beds and two twin beds. The 2nd twin is a trundle and easily pulls out, on wheels. There is also a full bath upstairs.

This spacious lakefront retreat is perfect for hosting families or large groups of friends. Comfortably sleeping 16-20 guests, our 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom home features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, with two huge picture windows offering stunning lake views. Large deck with plenty of seating and dining, is another favorite place to take in the lake. Includes private dock, kayaks, paddle boards, lilly pad, life jackets, beach toys, floaties, and bonfire pit.

Private beach and play area for the kiddos and walking distance to PM Park. This home is fantastic for that long weekend away or a week long vacation with laundry on both levels for your convenience and a fully equipped kitchen for dinners at home on the patio set overlooking the lake.

Clear Lake Escape

Welcome to the Clear Lake Escape! One block off the water, this home is the perfect spot to enjoy with friends/family! The home consists of 4 bedrooms (2 King & 2 Queen), + 2 sleeper sofas to COMFORTABLY SLEEP 12. (if you'd like to have over 12 guests, please contact us and we are open to accomodating requests for an additional fee- we do have a crib provided as well). There is room for a boat trailer in the driveway!

Baker's Corner

Baker's Corner is a historic farm 2 miles from downtown Clear Lake and the beach. The acreage sits amidst Iowa farmland but is only minutes from the tourist attractions of Clear Lake and the amenities of Mason City. This quiet, cozy, country home is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We'll welcome you with a loaf of homemade bread and seasonal jam.
