Renovated rustic & cozy log cabin

Recently renovated hand-built log cabin with amazing outdoor space. Very cozy and comfortable. A great family hangout space, indoors and out. One bedroom/loft/sofa bed. Close to Nemacolin Woodlands Resort, Frank Lloyd Wright's Falling Water, Ohiopyle, and many outdoor activities including rafting, hiking, biking, and kayaking. There's a smart TV for those rainy or cold days, as well as some games and books. A beautiful spot to simply relax, and a great base location for your next adventure.

Cheat Lake Tiny Cedar House: Madera #B

As seen on HGTV. This non-smoking tiny house is close to Sunset Beach Marina and the Lakehouse restaurant. Quiet setting. Views of lake and marina from the deck. New loft air conditioning unit added in May 2022. No more than two guests per tiny house. Beautiful outdoor deck with propane grill. This cabin in the woods features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, which is close to Cheat Lake and the heart of Morgantown. This home is equipped with a full kitchen and has a front deck which includes a hot tub, fire pit, and outside dining area. There are many walking trails close by which include the Botanic Gardens and Coopers Rock State Park. It is a perfect location to be away from all the downtown hustle and bustle but still be a short drive from the football stadium for gamedays!

The unit boasts about 800 sqft of newly renovated space, complete with all the amenities you would need for a quick stay or something longer term. Secluded at the end of a dead end road, The Holler offers an acre of open land to stretch out for you or your dog. 10 Minutes to either hospital or the interstate, perfect for those traveling for work.

Centrally located to shopping, adventure, both WVU campuses, & fine dining will fill your day. End your day by the fire pit watching the sunset behind the mountains in a picturesque view.

Copper House

Copper House is a light, airy, tree-shaded lakefront home. Situated in a private community on a 20 acre lake, this home is a short 15 minute drive to downtown Morgantown and 10 minutes to the I-79 / US-68 interchange. A large 12'x35' deck overlooks the lake in the rear. Ideal area for relaxing or grilling. Please note: we do not allow large parties.
