The Historic Ranch House

We have intentionally tried to preserve as much of the ranch house as possible while still updating the house to today’s standards. The most notable piece of history is the Monarch cook stove in the kitchen, the doorways and doors that are not as tall as today’s standards, the original wood floor in the master bedroom and original moulding around some of the doors. The house is a 3-bedroom, 1-bath house with all the amenities from home. We hope you enjoy our little piece of ranch history!

This affordable option was originally built as railroad worker housing, and I bought it as a raft guide/teacher over 15 years ago, and used it as my first home and base for adventure. She traveled across the US from the East Coast to the West Coast, and now she calls Colorado home. A lovingly renovated Airstream nestled in at MoonStream Vintage Campground! We are a different kind of RV Park with incredible views and an expansive creekside picnic area. BlueBelle has a super comfy memory foam King bed, a 3/4 bath (shower, no tub), and a great kitchen (stove but no oven) for whipping up a gourmet glamp-worthy meal. A propane furnace keeps her cozy and warm all winter long. You won’t forget this romantic, memorable spot.
