20 Mile Cottage, Country Escape

Welcome to 20 Mile Cottage on the edge of the Turon Goldfields. Originally a 2 room miners cottage from around the end of the gold rush, the cottage now has open kitchen and living areas, slow combustion fireplace, A/C, lots of places to relax, read or work and 2 bedrooms. There are relaxing country views to enjoy and the cottage is shaded by old yellow box gum trees which cast a beautiful light in the afternoons and early mornings. Be verified to book instantly. Our lovely early federation home has been recently restored. It sits in the heart of Rylstone town and is a stone's throw to all that Rylstone has to offer. The Cottage provides an historic country getaway whilst still being a flat short walk to Rylstone's legendary cafes, yum cha, pubs, clubs, parks and gift shops. It is also an easy walk to the Rylstone Show ground and adjacent Cudgegong River. The Cottage is homely, inviting and perfect for a romantic getaway or family stay.

In the Capertee Valley NSW, in the Greater Blue Mountains. The Cabin is only accessible by 4WD; If you have a 2WD we provide transport from 'HQ" to the Cabin, at no charge. The property borders the Gardens of Stone National Park, and the views are spectacular. A drive through the valley is well worthwhile as the landscapes are beautiful and absolutely unique. The Cabin is situated in a serene, peaceful, healing and tranquil setting, ensuring a real break from everyday life.
