Because of its location, you can drive into the city within 30 minutes. its a short stroll away from the beach and 20 minutes from the takoradi airport. there are public transport available to move around.

House on stilts overlooking the Bay of Busua and the famour surf point called Black Mamba, with a 360 degree view. 10 mm walk from the famous Busua beach in the Western Region of Ghana overlooking the Gulf of Guinea. Our house is built of natural wood and raffia materials and equipped with solar electricity. It is a 1.5 hour drive from Takoradi. Located near Cape Three Points with its lighthouse and the last coastal forest of Ghana.

The house is designed & engineered by Tarra Dear architects from Belgium. We wanted to create a beautiful place, surrounded by greens, on a walking distance from the beach and aminities. The house is powered by solar energy and you can even drink from the filtered tapwater in the kitchen. Lately monkeys are also enjoying the lush green surrounding us.
