This property is a unique oasis that combines today's modern conveniences with the charm of elegant decor. Enter the front door and be taken in by the surrounding water views, and enjoy charming verandas and a balcony that overlook the lake and gardens surrounding the cottage. Guests can also enjoy the use of a private beach, fishing, kayaks and a paddleboat!

The waterfront pavilions and tiki bar are the perfect oasis to set up camp. The house was completely renovated historic home that offers unmatched comfort and charm. Enjoy water views from almost every room!

Built in 1891, this farmhouse has been totally renovated by a professional designer. The Cottage is filled with coastal colors and accessories so it feels fun and updated but still retains the feeling of walking into a well loved family beach cottage. We are pet friendly as any beach cottage should be and love seeing our guests and their pets enjoying the cottage. This gracious beach cottage is the perfect place for you and your family/friends to unwind and enjoy. The sun drenched living room and dining room with wood floors throughout are made for lounging, book reading and family gatherings. We have games and movies aplenty for the kids as well as a collection of outdoor toys to play in the fenced backyard. The kitchen is fully stocked and the high-speed wifi and Roku TV are ready if you need to check email or unwind with a movie.

Relaxation and fun await at 'Dragonfly', a gorgeous cottage right on the Chesapeake Bay with spectacular views from every room. Nestled on acres and acres of waterfront, this magical property has its own cove for all the swimming, kayaking, SUP boarding and fishing you can manage. If you love nature, bring your water shoes and sense of adventure and we will take care of the rest!

Located half-way between Mathews and Gloucester on the beautiful North River with views of the Mobjack Bay, New Point Comfort Lighthouse and Gloucester Point. The ideal spot for anyone needing to reconnect with someone, nature, or themselves. Enjoy fishing, crabbing, kayaking, playing corn hole, birdwatching, napping in a hammock, sipping wine, grilling out, amazing sunsets, listening to old records, playing the ukulele, and other simple pleasures of days gone by.
