Este espacioso, luminoso y elegante apartamento tiene impresionantes vistas al mar desde el gran balcón frontal y desde el dormitorio principal. Está completamente equipado con TV, Wi-Fi gratuito, utensilios de cocina, lavadora, secador de pelo, etc. El aire acondicionado esta en el salon y en el dormitorio principal. La propiedad se encuentra a dos pasos de la playa de Callao y muy cerca de muchos cafés, restaurantes y tiendas.

Appartement 2/4 personnes récemment rénové tout confort. Plage surveillée à 100 m, toutes commodités au pied de la résidence restaurants, bars, boulangerie française, pharmacie, médecin, et divers magasins! Arrêt de bus 100m qui dessert Costa Adeje, Las Americas, Los Cristianos etc…. Très pratique quand on ne veut ou on ne peut pas louer de voiture! Parking à proximité! Appartement inaccessible aux handicapés

Sunny Island Villa Sueño Azul

Villa que cuenta con tres habitaciones, dos baños, salón-cocina amplios y un precioso jardín con piscina no climatizada. En el sur de Tenerife hace calor todo el año por lo que la piscina se puede usar siempre, sin necesidad de estar climatizada. En la villa hay wifi y todas las comodidades necesarias para una estupenda estancia. En las habitaciones hay ventiladores, la villa no tiene aire acondicionado.
