Garden Bay Beach Getaway - "The Beach Shack"

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space that is a stones throw from secluded and picturesque Garden Bay beach. A gentle leisurely stroll to Mosquito bay boat ramp and Cafe 366, or head in the opposite direction over the hill to Malua Bay surf beach. A 10 minute drive North to Batemans Bay or South to Broulee. The Garden Bay Beach shack is a self contained, downstairs unit with all mod cons and built for couples, but can accommodate a small child as an extra. Excellent romantic retreat.

Directly overlooking exclusive Nuns Beach accessible from a private path from the yard to the beach, the property is set next to state forest with echidna. Cutlery and crockery for 12 is provided in a full kitchen with cookware and coffee machine. Internal dining table seats 10 with outdoor table for 8-10, gas barbecue and sun lounges. Set in a serene setting, the 2700 sqm yard is secluded with no proximate neighbours. Pet friendly.

Large Beach House @ Broulee-200m walk to Beach

Our house is great for families & friendship groups. It sleeps 9+ people & has 4 bedrooms. There's 2 separate living areas - each with their own TV. Recently renovated, with a large fully fenced grassy yard - gazebo & BBQ. In a great location. Min's walk to Nth Broulee (Dog Beach), Coronation Drive shops (Broulee Brewery, Cafes , Surf Shop, Pharmacy), & out from our back gate to Train St shops (Mossy Cafe & supermarket), Captain Oldrey Playground, football, netball, basketball, cricket.

Beachfront - Malua Bay

This classic 1970s beach shack has been lovingly updated throughout, combining the laid-back feel of the original home with modern design and comforts. You can’t help but relax here. Glimpses of the turquoise water filter in through almost every window. Meander down the private stairs to the beach and you’re in the water. 'Surf Beach Retreat': Romantic Suite

You can't get more BEACH FRONT or SPECTACULAR!! Breath-taking BEACH and OCEAN VIEWS, and magical sunrises await you. This 100m2 private suite, within a multi-million dollar residence, opens out onto a huge deck. The space includes a plush KING-SIZE BED, 75-inch Smart TV, deep 170cm BATH, Lounge room and Study/2nd Bedroom. A DIY breakfast is included. Direct access on to the sandy beach is only 50 metres away. Enjoy romantic swims, beach and bush walks, and a great beachfront cafe.

Guerilla Bay Beachfront Hideaway

Enjoy the suberb location of this older style bedsit hideaway- large bathroom, bath, separate toilet and kitchenette. Attatched to the main house it has a completely private entrance. Bedsit doesn' face the ocean. You'll find nearby cafes for meals or can cook simple meals in the benchtop oven/ hotplates unit. Take one minute walk down to Guerilla Bay beach or enjoy stunning views from your own outside table in the front garden. Wallabys, echidnas and monitor lizards are common.
