Situated in Bosham, this modern refurbished apartment has a garden and outdoor dining space, two bedrooms, kitchen/lounge/dining area and refitted bathroom. Private off street parking for two cars. The apartment is decorated in white and cool greys and offers all you'd need for your stay. Just over one mile from Bosham Sailing Club and Bosham Meadow (the sea), within minutes of Bosham train station with access to Chichester and Portsmouth. A very convenient location to explore the local area.

This first floor room, in our self contained guest annexe, has independent access via a door on the drive. It is a large, bright and light double room with a decent sized ensuite shower room and a king size bed. There is a comfortable sofa and a bar/table for eating or working at. There is safe parking for your car on our private drive. There are no cooking facilities but there is a small fridge, kettle and toaster. Basic provisions will be provided so you can make tea, coffee and toast!

Additional annexe that sleeps 4+, so for big parties you can rent both!

Free parking available (10 min walk to Bosham train station and 7 min walk to Crate Cafe and the local Coop). You also have Marwicks restaurant on your doorstep. Very peaceful and close to everything you will need for your stay!

Situated in the grounds of our Victorian family home, the newly converted 'Garden Rooms' occupy a separate self-contained building, furnished to a high standard, and perfect for coupes wishing to enjoy walking, cycling & sailing in the South Downs National Park. The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling. There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.
