Separate Entry, Space All Yours!

Help a stay-at-home mom support her family :). Things to note 1 We have a young family and your room is adjacent (although not accessible from our space for your privacy) to our wonderful often noisy life, there is insulation, white noise, and a TV to buffer, and they do this quite well, we are asleep/quiet between 9pm and 7:30am 2 We are on a busy road, so there is some traffic noise 3 We are centrally located between Boise, Garden City, and Eagle. Modern Farmhouse

This Mid Mod home was updated in 2022 with a Modern Farmhouse flair. The space is private, peaceful and centrally-located. The mall is just a 3 minute drive away and so is Downtown Boise, which is filled with restaurants, shopping, sites and more! Outdoor activities just minutes away. Plus The Village in Meridian is nearby ... you will love this location...it's one of my happy places. PLEASE NOTE: This unit is Non-Smoking/Vaping No pets allowed due to host family having pet allergies.

Boho Bungalow ᐧ Hyde Park, Downtown + Skiing

Welcome to your very own Boho Bungalow – close to everything – it’s walking distance to historic Hyde Park filled w/ restaurants, ice cream + coffee shops, bars, as well as Camel’s Back Park. Easy access to skiing at Bogus Basin Resort + only a 5 min drive to Downtown. Renovated historic home is brand new on the inside w/ plush designer furniture + sparkling new appliances. Home features queen bed in the master, full in the guest, bikes, coffee bar, record player, string lights + charcoal BBQ

Cozy In and Out - Guest House and Courtyard

This adorable guest house offers a secure and private stay. Includes a full bathroom, king bed, and outdoor eating area. Our home is close to Meridian Village, Settlers Park, and our main highway (I-84). Close proximity to Downtown Boise, rivers, and the airport. You will have a designated parking spot in the driveway and space is available to store bikes, kayaks, etc. A twin air mattress and child pack-n-play available upon request. We do not allow pets, including emotional support animals.

Private Detached Bedroom & Bathroom

Please Read! Very Private, 170 sq’ bedroom queen Healthwise bed, TV, wifi, fridge, micro, AC & heat detached/separate from main house. Additional floor sleeping pad under bed. Small bathroom with direct/private entry & 31” shower is part of main house. Guest must walk outside & under patio cover to access bathroom. Private outdoor sitting area & shared covered patio with sink/disposal (summer), grill & nice yard. Well lit free street parking. Host and his dog “Elvie” live on site.
