The property is 24 acres total, about 20 acres of mature woods. In just over 5 minutes, you can be to the north entrance of Brown County State Park or in downtown Nashville, Indiana.

The bathroom is between the bedrooms and includes a Toto washlet bidet and EO toiletries.

King bed downstairs, and a queen bed in the loft. A front porch with two rocking chairs, and back deck with a table and chairs, plus grill.
