Our property is right on the water at beautiful Island Beach, 5kms of white sandy beach with pristine safe waters for swimming, boating or beachcombing. The property is fully self contained, making for a comfortable relaxing home away from home, with panoramic sea views from the large open plan living area and 2 of the bedrooms. As soon as you enter the property it boasts, beautiful private bush sanctuary, overlooking the ocean and Kangaroo Island, you feel how stunning and uniquie this place really is. You will just want to sit back, relax and soak up this delightful European style home with verandas overlooking the Sea and Sunsets. Hardly a day goes by that you don’t see the dolphins play in the ocean. The courtyard as you enter the house traps the mourning sun to sit outside and have a beverage or two.

Nora by Sol Hus is a Scandi-inspired tiny house designed with nature in mind. Overlooking Boxing Bay, Nora is located a mere 100m from the beach on Kangaroo Island's pristine north coast. The cabin offers stunning ocean views, with sweeping vistas of the rugged cliffs and windswept coastline of North Cape. Each booking supports ocean conservation through the Australian Ocean Laboratory. This tiny house is one of three tiny homes on site. They are located ~150m apart.
