My home is in the lovely Westend area of Barry, a leafy suburb 5 minutes from the beautiful beaches and coastline. It’s a large Victorian house built in 1869 and retains its period features. Sand Bay is a stretch of unspoilt beach, very tranquil, but there are pubs and restaurants within walking distance, and a bus into the nearby town of Weston-Super-Mare.
