Because of its location, everything you need to see in center is in walking distance so no public transportation is necesary. If you want to go explore some more, minute away from apartment on central town square are tram stops with trams that go to every part of city. Also, taxi stand is few steps from building.

It is in the intersection of local and other touristic areas! 1 minutes walk (galata bridge, beyoglu, istiklal street, spice market etc). also 4 minutes away from metro, tram and bus stations where you can also hail a cap.
