Our home has been transformed to meet the highest building standards, with soundproof insulation between units, an AC system, and smoke detectors with backup batteries. For your safety, our property is equipped with security cameras in common areas and a keyless entry system. Less than 100 yards from the beach and bay, we have beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, and an umbrella for your convenience.

Queen size bed and pull out sofa bed provide plenty of room for all of your sleeping needs, as well as a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig for your convenience. The main street of Balboa Island has everything you would need during your visit including shops, restaurants, market, The Village Inn bar, bike rentals, and many sweet tooth favorites like Dad's Donuts and Sugar 'n Spice serving their famous frozen bananas and Balboa Bars.

Vintage beach cottage w/ modern-day conveniences (central heat & A/C), Apple TV, DVD, vintage appliances, incl. dishwasher) on the quiet-end of Balboa Island; tree-lined street, steps to beaches on South Bayfront; 2 blocks to Balboa Island ferry and Island Market. Cottage was built in 1923 and served as a "Speak Easy" (a bar during the prohibition era ) with many famous actors, musicians, singers patronizing the site (John Wayne, James Cagney & Humphrey Bogart) just to name a few.

Newport Beach Shack Lower, a stylish classic

Fully remodeled in March '25! Classic 60's beach house, 1 short block from the sand. Downstairs "lower" front house with a patio, fully stocked kitchen, brand new appliances, new floors, AC, open living space and mid-century style furnishings. Styled/furnished as a home with Sonos everywhere, Vitamix, Moccamaster, plus everything you need for the beach. We live separately on property part of the year. Garage parking only available for small car 175in or less.

Great 2 bedroom 2 bath, beach cottage with a modern contemporary flare. Open concept to allow a spacious feel with all the amenities to feel at home. This unit was completely gutted and redone, so any reviews prior to May 2022 were about the older unit prior to the major remodel.
