Mulberry Tree Cottage

On the northern shore of Lake Balaton, in the picturesque Lovas, our guests can relax in a village environment in a Provence-style, 19th century stone house, its garden and pool. The ruins of a 200-year-old barn accommodate the garden dining and lounge area. In the tastefully furnished, comfortable house with a cathedral-like living-kitchen, the guests will feel at home and at ease. Paloznak, Csopak, Balatonfüred are a few minutes' drive away. Alsóörs can be reached with a comfortable walk.

Manduláskert, Kemencés ház

A Káli medence szomszédságában, a Nivegy-völgyben, Szentjakabfán kínálunk kiadásra egy 2021-ben elkészült vendégházat. A Kemencés Ház a szentjakabfai Manduláskertben van, ahol további 2 vendégház fogad vendégeket. A házhoz saját kert, teraszok és egy grillezésre is alkalmas kemence van. A vendégházhoz fedett kocsibeálló is van. A Manduláskert vendégei számára rendelkezésre áll egy 15x4,5 méteres sós vízű medence is. A Manduláskertet azoknak ajánljuk, akik szeretik a csendet és a nyugalmat.

In diesem kleinen Häuschen in der Nähe des Plattensees kannst du entspannen, fahrradfahren, im See baden, Budapest erkunden (eine Autostunde oder 90 Zugminuten entfernt) oder einfach die Umgebung auskundschaften. In 10 Minuten zu Fuss gelangst du an eines der atemberaubendsten Aussichtpunkte in Ungarn: dem Hochstrand. Hier führt auch der grosse Balaton-Fahradweg vorbei. A Füge Cabin a Rozmaring Birtokon egy olyan természetközeli, egyedi szálláshely a Balaton északi partján, ahol az aktív kikapcsolódást és a csendes elvonulást kedvelők is feltalálják magukat. Ez maga a Hungarian Toscany szőlőültetvények között csodálatos panorámával, kabócák énekével. Igény esetén helyi bor & kétkilátó körtúra ajándék kapható. Kettő kerékpár ingyen használható. A parttól 8-10 percre és a boltoktól 5 percre található gyalog. A birtokon 2 cicus él, így kisállat nem hozható.

Stylish house with 5 bedrooms, thought through by an interior designer, at Lake Balaton. The guest house is suitable for relaxation in all seasons, with heated outdoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi. It is the perfect place for groups of friends and family gatherings. All rooms have a large double bed, TV and private bathroom. The largest room can be extended with a sofa bed or a cot, and the well-kept courtyard is perfect for children to play in the sandpit or swing in the swings.

The house is located in the Nivegy Valley, surrounded by vineyards, 7 km away from Lake Balaton. It offers a beautiful view of the Nivegy Valley, Hegyestű, Badacsony. The house comes with a 35 m2 terrace equipped with a 6m2 sunshade. Parking is possible in the garden belonging to the house. Inside the house, you'll find a refrigerator, electric stove, Lavazza coffee maker (with complimentary capsules), toaster, kettle, air conditioning, and unlimited WiFi.

A sátor mellett egy felszerelt faházikó is található. A természet nyugalma, a madarak csicsergése fogad mindenkit. Napközben kirándulás, kilátásban gyönyörködés, hintaágyban olvasás, éjszaka pedig romantikus vacsora, majd izgalmas éjszaka vár a csillagos éj alatt.

The house has 37 m2: bedroom room, living room with sofa-bed, bathroom with shower, well equipped kitchen. There is also a hot tub on the terrace, available all year round. Recommended for a maximum of 4 people. There is the possibility of baby cot, highchair, pram. On request we can also provide toys for different ages (baby toys, rattles, skill-builders, board games, baby books, books for young people, etc.)
