Basement suite allows guests a bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, and walk out patio space outside the bedroom to sit. The bathroom with shower is at the bottom of the stairs in the basement and the bedroom and kitchenette are in the back of the house. Chairs can be set up to sit outside, or a dining table and love seat are inside the bedroom suite to work or relax. Kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig and kettle. Tea and coffee are also provided.
