Cute, comfortable 1935 detached home which is 900 SQUARE FEET AND PET FRIENDLY. Per pet fees are negotiable because we love them just message me: The other side of the property has our main home. The cottage is newly remodeled and fenced in. Views of Lake Umatilla from all rooms. 8 miles to beautiful Mount Dora and 3 miles to downtown Eustis. 1 hour to attractions, airport and east coast beaches. We are 20-30 minutes from most local Springs. Our Lake Umatilla does have public boat ramp access

Sand Lake Getaway

Enjoy stunning lake views while sipping your morning coffee on the back deck. Lots of paddling options exist here on spring-fed Sand Lake. Hosts offer a paddle boat, canoe, and paddle boards for your enjoyment. Practice yoga on your own private deck, fish from the dock, or star gaze around the campfire each night. Right on Lake George in the center of "Real" Florida, the Ocala National Forest. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Fish, hike, kayak, canoe, swim in the pool and enjoy the great outdoors. Perfect for shallow water boats, kayaks and canoes. Beach, Springs, major Florida Attractions all excellent day trips. The lake is literally your back yard. All outdoor spaces, including the pool may be shared with guests in the attached apartment. Our dock is currently unavailable.

The studio doesn’t have a view of the river just walk to the back yard 100 feet away and enjoy Tucked away along the tranquil St. John's River, guest can unwind on the dock or take your boat to set sail for a leisurely cruise along the river as this property offers convenient boat parking to enhance your escape.

The Hillside Haven Oasis

Enjoy a warm and inviting stay in our beautiful Sanctuary in your own private guest quarters, sweetly dubbed, "The Hillside Haven Oasis" This is an extension of our home, similar to a Mother In Law Suite. Only shared space would be the outdoors and we leave that for your private enjoyment. We created this Oasis with a desire is for our guests to feel calm, comfort and tranquility while being showered with Florida Sun. It would be our privilege to serve you as our guests here. :)
