The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment a comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

LemonDrop Lake-Front Cottage

Fully remodeled in 2023 LemonDrop Cottage is a Lake-Front property, with direct access to Lake Erie. Lake viewable from Kitchen or Bedroom windows. Mar-2023 all New Windows, Bathroom doubled (2x) in size, new 12K AC. 2021-Hickory hardwood floors,, shower, hot water heater, oven, kitchen table/chairs, king size mattress, sofa-bed, BBQ grill (propane provided), and fire pit with wood provided. Built in 1949 as a fishing cottage, adorable Lake-Front Cabin with private stairwell down to the water.

The house boasts an abundance of original charm, featuring wood paneling, beams adorning the ceiling, and the original hardwood floor. Welcome to our Lakeside Retreat! Our 1 bedroom, 1 bath getaway located next to Saybrook Park in a cabin community. Only a 5 minute drive to GOTL, a 7 minute drive to historic Ashtabula Harbor and a 15 minute drive to Spire Institute. Short drive to many local wineries. Window air conditioner in the bedroom! Walkway to the lake with beautiful sunset views. 21 and over please. No smoking and no pets! Community gazebos. Laundry facilities available. Construction may be going on near the cabin.
