Stay in one of the coolest cottages in a gated community of Bear Paw. Grab your favorite beverage and grill and chill on the back deck. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and boat trailers. Enjoy the lake take a Lake tour, evening, cocktail, cruise, fishing, swimming. If the lakes, not your thing, there are some great white water rafting within miles, explore some very unique towns in the surrounding area. Motorcycle riding is phenomenal in this area. we even have a great casino nearby.

The interior features an open-plan layout, maximizing the use of space. The living area is includes a comfortable seating area, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. Adjacent to the living area is a well-equipped kitchenette, complete with modern appliances and all the essentials for preparing meals. The sleeping area offers a plush queen-size bed’s ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Outside, you’ll find a private patio area where you can bask in the fresh air and soak up the sun.

Relax in the hot tub or splash in the creek knowing you are just minutes away from the waterfalls, scenic drives, gem hunting, hiking trails, quaint small towns, renowned restaurants and many other adventurous outdoor activities that make Western North Carolina! LBC is conveniently located just ten minutes from Franklin and twenty minutes from Highlands on easily accessible paved and beautiful scenic roads.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, yet close to town center...only 2 1/2 miles. Have your morning coffee or evening cocktails on our screened in back porch overlooking the pond. Go fishing in the private pond and take out our kayaks. We also have a 4 person inflatable dinghy you may use along with 3 fishing poles and life vests. There are 2 lightweight kayaks for pond use only. We just purchased a 4 man paddle boat. Life jackets are required when on or in the water.
