Basement can act as 4th bedroom with pullout couch, floor mattresses and air mattress Family & dog friendly! Full kitchen and bathroom amenities; laundry capabilities. Located centrally in Eagle River, AK; 8 mins to the E.R. Nature Center; 10 to downtown E.R.; 20 to downtown Anchorage & 35 to Airport

The views from the large windows and deck are stunning. Try some fishing, skating, kayaking, swimming or walk the trails. Grilling on the deck or a bonfire ( ask for firewood) overlooking the lake are great evening activities. Not the outdoor type, you’ll find this a peaceful place to unwind. Located 13 miles from Wasilla makes this spot ideal as your hub to exploring Alaska. We are happy to host your pets(dogs only) pets not allowed in any beds. Excessive pet hair will be charged $50.
