Op een mooie groene locatie in Berkel en Rodenrijs vlakbij Rotterdam, bieden wij een sfeervol appartement aan met woon- en slaapkamer (totaal 47m2), een mooi onderhouden zonnige tuin met ligstoelen en tuintafel met stoelen. Mogelijkheid voor bestellen van ontbijt. Appartement heeft eigen ingang en is volledig ingericht; supersnelle WiFi, tv, cv en parkeergelegenheid. Ook kan elektrische fiets veilig worden vast gezet en opgeladen. Supermarkt vlakbij, sfeervol centrum 5 minuten fietsen.

Ons gezellige guesthouse met sauna ligt op een eiland aan de Leidsche Vaart bij het Braassemermeer. U vindt ons tussen Amsterdam (ong. 30 minuten, auto), Schiphol (ong. 20 minuten, auto en 30 minuten, bus) en Den Haag (ong. 35 minuten, auto) in het Groene Hart. Veel mogelijkheden om te fietsen, wandelen (gelegen aan het Marskramerpad), varen, steden en/of strand (25 minuten) te bezoeken. Hi! We are Lars and Erin and we live in beautiful Gouda. Erin is from the USA (Nebraska), and I grew up in Gouda. In 2019 we exchanged the city center for a beautiful house on the outskirts of Gouda. We chose this house because of the beautiful garden, but also because the garage gave us the opportunity to turn it into a cozy guesthouse for you to come and experience Gouda and the Netherlands!
