Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a quiet courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities. Children friendly house with a garden and fantastic view over the ocean, Sweden, two smaller islands and the bridge to Sweden. This is the house our family live in on a permanent basis. The house is ocean fronting and very close to the sand beaches of Amager Strand, the kayak / SUP rentals and icecream shops. Restaurants, shops and the metro, which will take you to the city centre in less than 10 minutes, is just a short walk away. You will be close to everything!
