The open living and dining space offer table with chairs, loveseat and additional chair. Dining, grocery, and shopping amenities are close by.

This precious home is located in a sweet little neighborhood right in the center of the City of Baxley! It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry, living room with fold down sofa, full kitchen and dining space, and covered patio area. We love this little home and hope you'll consider using it as a home away from home! It is just behind our house, so we are pretty readily available for any questions during your stay.

The Emerald Forrest Swamp Cabin

The cabin is situated on cypress wetlands. The view from the windows is like waking up in the Emerald Forest. The king sized bed is very comfortable and the large tub is beautiful and absolutely luxurious! Perfect for long bubble baths or epsom salt bath soaks for detoxing and soaking away aches. The cabin is beautiful and is ideal for nature lovers, artists, writers, or anyone needing a relaxing get away.

Sit back and relax while watching waterfowl, deer, squirrel, birds or whatever decides to pay you a visit. The house boasts a porch that faces one of two large ponds on the 180 acre property. Go fishing, hiking, or just kick back and enjoy the peace and quiet. The property is approximately 4 miles from the Altamaha River and 5 miles from Plant Hatch.
