Use this spot as a home base for all your adventures. Just 20 minutes from the Eugene Airport. You will enjoy short drives to the Oregon coast, mountain hikes, wine tasting, local u-pick market farms and more. We are conventional grass seed and hazelnut farmers who live next door and farm on the property. This home is nestled in a mature hazelnut orchard further surrounded by grass fields. Entire Studio -Country setting, quiet and private

Studio has own entrance and is separate from the main house. Studio has its own private bathroom with a shower, and laundry facilities, electric heat in the winter. Air conditioning only in the sleeping area of the bnb in the summer. There is a food prep area with a large sink. There is no oven but several small appliances available for meal prep.Studio sits on 6 acres with nearby hiking trails or towns. Would be nice for the traveling contractor who needs a room for their current local job.

This unique modern barn crafted by hand in the quiet and beautiful South Hills of Eugene. It has easy access to hiking and running trails, highly rated restaurants, cafes and natural food stores. This convenient yet secluded Owl Road Barn is set back on our spring fed unique 4 acre property that is boardering on the 385 acre Spencer butte park, offering solitude. It is only 4 miles to Hayward Field and Autsum stadium. Bring your binoculars you will find abundant bird and wild life to watch.

Spacious Farm Garden Loft with View

This spacious 1000 Sq ft guest suite with private bath has flexible furnishings that can be set up to create a cozy movie/popcorn night or open up for morning yoga. Hiking trails leave from your door into an expansive park. We are an urban farm garden and have chickens and goats. Visit on Tuesday evenings (May - Oct) to enjoy a local farmers market on the property. Absolutely no smoking of any kind. We respect diversity and inclusion. The garage guest house sits on 3 wooded acres w/ south views to Creswell and winter views of the Three Sisters to the east. Built in 2020, the studio features a large walk-in shower, full kitchen, and laundry amenities. Sleeps 6 (King, double sleeper sofa, and two twins) Parking for multiple cars if needed. The large guest suite has its own private entrance, mudroom/office, bedroom with king bed, living room with couch/Tv, kitchenette, and bathroom. The entire 700 square foot space has been remodeled with modern updates. You’ll enjoy a comfortable memory foam mattress, custom tile shower, hotel quality bedding and towels, August smart lock entry, fast internet, TV with Netflix, Prime, YoutubeTV (and more!)

Sunny Studio in the Friendly

Cozy up in this sunny studio located in the Friendly neighborhood. Snuggle up in the comfy queen bed by the gas fireplace. A wine fridge chills your food and beverages. A private full bathroom—separate from the studio—is accessible by a 40-foot lighted and partially covered walk to the garage. Enjoy the quiet back yard, patio, and garden. Restaurants, shopping, and parks are within a short walk. We welcome up to two well-behaved guest dogs with responsible owners.

Scenic cabin with a creek view

We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.

Corbin B&B - Suite

We are nestled in six acres of forest with deer, wild turkeys, owls and many wildlife. It is in the heart of Bald Hill and Fitton Green natural areas and on a gravel road. The Master Suite offers plenty of space with a private entrance, King-sized bed, kitchenette, sitting area, desk and private bathroom. There is a small patio with a fire pit. It's ideal for those who prefer their own space without needing to interact with the other (more shared) B&B area.

Pool house with hot tub and extras (year round)

Bring the whole family or use it as a private get away. Bedroom has a bunk bed that sleeps up to 3 people. The queen bed by the hot tub and pool sleeps 2 (privacy curtains). There is 1 couch and 1 futon. In addition to the pool and kitchen, there is an indoor fire pit, ping pong and foos ball, outdoor deck, yard (games bocci and croquet). One room with toilet/sink and one with shower/dressing area. VCR/DVD on two TVs, internet on 3rd.

The Guest House at Bellpine Vineyards

Retrofitted one-room outbuilding with loft on 70+ acres in a gorgeous setting with private, gated driveway. Set back 400' from quiet rural lane. Charming, rustic, cozy, secluded and very private, this country gem is just minutes from 9 local wineries. WiFi, DVD player, Netflix. Friendly dogs welcome, please let us know. Ask about wine touring around the neighborhood, including some opportunities for complementary tasting. Cheers!
