Come and join us at The Architect's Cottage at the finest lake in all of Marietta. A place of peace. Enjoy being on a quiet lake that sits in all Marietta and Roswell have to offer. It is late Summer now headed into Fall, the most wonderful time of year. Truist Park is only 7 miles away and the Hawks and Falcons are a mere 30 minute Marta ride away. Nellie’s Lake Retreat

Remodeled home on Lake Allatoona - only land between our home and the lake is property owned by the Army Corp of Engineers. You can walk down to the lake and enjoy the sights and sounds. Speaking of sounds you will faintly hear train horns on occasion throughout the day and night (sound travels across the lake). The house is open and bright, it faces South so plenty of light even in winter. Enjoy sitting on the deck or in the covered patio and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature.

Our kitchenette has (just a double burner) patio w/ covered fence backyard, 10 min to downtown Cartersville and Old Car City, restaurants, entertainment, 15 min to Allatoona Lake, biking, running path, nature trails, Lake Point Sports. 35 to 45 min to Atlanta (no tolls)

Your own private apartment with cool amenities!

House Rules WE DO NOT ACCEPT IN STATE Bookings! No smoking, no dogs, no parties and no commercial photography. The apartment has its own entry. We live in the upper 1st and 2nd story. Internal stairway locked both sides. There is a whole house water filter, we have very clean water on every faucet (Drinking water). We have dual twin memory foam beds and a huge sectional couch. Some amenities pool table, ping pong. This way our wall stays clean and painted.
